Established in 2010 at Meghna Ghat, Sonargaon, TK Shipyard spans 15 acres of riverfront industrial land with 200 meters of deep-water berth. We are a private limited company certified under ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 14001:2015 (Environment), and ISO 45001:2018 (Safety).
Our yard is equipped with two graving dry docks (160m & 120m), a 2,000-ton slipway, and a 12,000 sqm covered fabrication facility. With over 450 skilled engineers, welders, and technicians, we have delivered 47 new vessels and completed 320+ repair projects for clients across Bangladesh, India, Singapore, and the Middle East.
